1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the RISE Events registration portal and completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Event Registrations
All ticket registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by the organizers.
- Tickets are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed and payment is processed.
- Refunds will only be issued if the conference is officially cancelled by the organizers.
- Transfer of tickets to another individual is subject to approval by the support team and must be requested at least 15 days prior to the event.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Payments
Payment for conference tickets is processed securely through Razorpay. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the organizers, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
